I first worked with Michele when she joined the Offit Kurman marketing team in June 2015 as Marketing Coordinator. She was hired right out of UMD Robert Smith School of Business with a focus on marketing, and I clearly recall that my first impression was (and still is) that she is years beyond her age. During her tenure of 3 1/2 years at Offit Kurman, Michele rose through the ranks in the marketing department from Marketing Coordinator to Marketing Manager to Brand Manager. Michele and I interacted on a daily basis, as she supported 40+ attorneys on their marketing strategies. She helped create, coordinate, and implement their marketing plans, and she did a fantastic job in that role. Michele has since left the firm to hang her own shingles as Owner at Correnti Marketing and Michele Correnti Photography, and I have had the pleasure to continue working with her on some of my own marketing strategies, with great success.
