Michele was creating, managing, and executing marketing strategies for lawyers in-house for a law firm when she realized her true passion went beyond marketing into helping others find and discover the "why" behind their brand. Whether it is a colleague or an acquaintance, Michele feels an innate pull to learn what drives service professionals and business owners. She found that the best marketing strategies began with this "why" perspective and that most businesses miss this key step when developing and executing their marketing strategy.

In 2018, Michele founded Correnti Marketing to serve lawyers and service professionals who are looking to dive into marketing but are not sure where to start. Our team starts by helping you discover your "why" to build + clarify your brand online.

Michele is passionate about community, connection, and women’s empowerment. She is always looking to build up those around her. She also thoroughly enjoys a challenge and learning new skills, both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, you can find Michele paddle surfing, in the kitchen cooking up a storm, spending quality time with friends and family, or—her latest challenges—teaching herself the ukulele and learning to play the pickleball!

Alli is committed to bringing our clients’ brand identities to life through the power of content marketing. Alli ensures our clients’ content marketing plans are executed and that our services are constantly improved.

Alli graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Media Arts & Design and a concentration in Integrated Advertising & Corporate Communication. After earning her degree, she gained years of experience in agency, in-house, and freelance settings. She now resides in Delaware with her husband and puppy.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find Alli performing devoted dog mom duties, browsing the new arrivals at local interior design stores, or scrolling on Zillow.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Gabriella provides comprehensive support for the Correnti team and our clients, ensuring that goals are achieved, that the Correnti brand is presented consistently, and that campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. With a background in project management and content creation, Gabriella understands how to bring your creative vision to life and enact your goals with ease.

Gabriella graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Hagerstown Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Frostburg State University. Since beginning her marketing career in 2017, she has performed a variety of marketing roles, including event planning, content creation, and social media management. Most recently, she owned her own freelance marketing consulting business where she helped small businesses and business owners develop their brand identities, marketing strategies, and websites. She resides in Maryland with her husband, son, and cat.

Outside of work, you’re likely to find Gabriella watching Disney movies with her toddler, decorating her house with her latest thrift store find, listening to podcasts, or hanging out with her friends and family.
