OUR PROCESS
1. In-Take: We'll send our Brand Clarity In-Take Questionnaire for you to fill out before our kickoff call.
2. Kickoff: We'll meet for our kickoff call to discuss your brand, its messaging, and your marketing goals in depth. We'll also do some housekeeping, like retrieving logins, logo files, and photography, as well as schedule monthly and one-off meetings (annual/quarterly reviews, content planning sessions) based on which package you choose. Finally, we will discuss your first month's content plan.
3. Create: We create the first month's content for your review and feedback. This includes imagery and captions. Simultaneously, we will optimize your company's social media profiles to ensure they best represent your brand and attract your target audiences.
4. Review + Revise: Once we receive your feedback, the content will be revised and scheduled.
5. Monthly Strategy Call: From there, we will meet monthly to plan and create the next month's content. If you have anything come up in between calls (e.g., you won an award or some timely news has occurred), we'll create a "last-minute" post for you and adjust your content calendar accordingly.
